Professional Experience

• Since 1993, has led more than 35,000 enhanced due diligence reviews, with the majority taking place outside the U.S.
• Managed various due diligence and investigative projects for the last 18 years involving high volume remediation reviews (on behalf of financial institutions and corporates), anti-money laundering look-backs, secret shopper and internal fraud investigations, and geo-political intelligence gathering assignments. 
• On behalf of a major global investment bank, managed a high profile, sensitive due diligence investigation and asset inquiry into a Nigerian dictator and his family members and business associates.  Inquiries encompassed numerous countries and more than six months in duration, leading to the identification of more than $250 million in assets.
• Led a multi-jurisdictional due diligence review into 250-plus corporate entities located around the world for a multinational corporate client in need of ensuring compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).  Research and investigation included a combination of available public record reviews (foreign language) and reliable, local source assessment in various emerging market countries. 
• Since 1993, assisted in the development, management and coordination of a security crisis response program that has successfully resolved more than 500 situations in nearly every major country around the globe.
