Ray Blackwell, CPP, Vice President, is the Head of Kroll Security Group and has been with the firm since its inception in 1982.

In addition to serving as the Head of Kroll Security Group, Ray’s responsibilities include serving as Principal-in-Charge for project engagements.  As Principal-in-Charge Ray assumes overall responsibility for the engagement and is responsible for contract management, coordinating all consulting and engineering resources to ensure their availability, and quality control.
 

In the course of his professional security career, which includes over 28 years of service, Ray has gained extensive experience managing personnel and project teams consisting of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience.  He is proficient in all aspects of security consulting including threat and vulnerability assessments, program development, system planning, system design and engineering, bid award and contract negotiation assistance, system implementation management and system commissioning.
